The refrigerator was not cool enough to keep food from spoiling. There were only 2 chairs for seating (what 'suite' doesn't have a sofa?). The room was dark and dingy with only a tiny window that barely let any light in.
There was a leak somewhere in the bathroom that dripped constantly. The worst hotel room I have stayed in as far back as I can remember. Not only was it the wrong type of room, it was disgusting. It was one room with a king bed and a (nasty) whirlpool tub. Room: Our reservation (made many months prior) was supposed to be for a suite, but the room we were in was NOT a suite.
There was one server in the main restaurant and one bartender that were great.
To start with a positive - the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The conference was great, but everything related to this hotel was so terrible and left a very bad taste in our mouth. It was our 10th anniversary, so a very special occasion for us, and we were also attending a conference there. I have stayed here many times, but this was the last.
